Basic:  For users that are familiar with VDV and do not require dedicated support.

Business:  For users who need to be able to speak to a VDV specialist and have Private Webinars for them and their staff.

Premium:  For users collecting and displaying critical data and need to have access to dedicated support and remote trouble shooting within a short time frame. 

 

VDV Updates included:  Receive new VDV Updates free of charge. If purchased individually VDV updates cost 25% of the full version price.

Phone Support:  Call us between 9am – 3pm GMT if there are any problems or questions.

Email Support:  Send us an Email whenever there are any problems or questions.  Read about Response Hours and Time below.

Skype Support:  Add us to your Skype contact list and give us a call between 9am – 3pm GMT when needed. 

Response Hours:  Time VDV support is open.  If we receive an Email outside our Response Hours the Response Time will start next work day.

Response Time:  The time frame we give us to respond and getting a VDV specialist in the case within the Response Hours.  Meaning response could delay until next working day if an Email is received late that day.

Remote Debugging:  Have a VDV specialist log on to your on-site computer and help with any problems.

Private Webinars:  Speak with a VDV specialist about any topic of your interest and get detailed information on VDV.  This may as well be a online training for your staff.
